Who I AM
I am an operations and business analyst who works at the intersection of data, processes, and strategic decision-making.
My experience spans SAP-enabled enterprise operations, procurement, and supply chain analytics, and real-world business modeling. I specialize in transforming unstructured problems into clear insights, structured frameworks, and actionable recommendations.
With a blend of analytical depth, process understanding, and execution mindset, I focus on solving high-impact challenges—helping organizations improve efficiency, enhance visibility, and make smarter decisions backed by data.
What I do
I help businesses improve their operations by turning complex operational, supply chain, and procurement challenges into clear, data-backed solutions. I analyze end-to-end workflows, identify bottlenecks, and build analytical models that enhance visibility, efficiency, and execution.
My expertise encompasses the use of tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, SAP, and Power Query, combined with MBA-driven methodologies including SWOT analysis, Lean principles, Six Sigma concepts, benchmarking, process mapping, and strategic frameworks. I translate raw data into meaningful recommendations that strengthen decision-making and drive measurable improvement.
Whether it’s evaluating digital maturity, improving procurement efficiency, or designing KPI frameworks, I bring a structured, practical, and impact-driven approach that helps organizations work smarter, faster, and more effectively.
I am now actively seeking opportunities where I can apply this expertise to help organizations optimize performance and achieve stronger operational outcomes.
Why I Built These Blogs
I built these blogs to prove—not just claim—my ability to solve real business problems using structured thinking, analytical depth, and operational understanding. After my MBA, I realized that companies expect analysts who can demonstrate practical problem-solving in real scenarios, not just list tools and certifications.
Instead of waiting for opportunities, I created my own. I began analyzing India’s cotton procurement ecosystem and developed models like the Digital Readiness Index and the Operational Efficiency Classification Framework. These projects helped me explore real operational constraints, work with imperfect industry data, and design analytical systems that reveal inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
These blogs reflect my determination to learn independently, my ability to handle ambiguity, and my discipline in converting raw data into actionable insights. They also demonstrate how I use tools like Excel, Power Query, SAP, and predictive analytics to bring clarity to complex operational issues.
Most importantly, this work represents my commitment to continuous improvement and my readiness to create measurable value for any organization that needs an analyst who takes initiative, analyzes deeply, and delivers solutions that matter.
Professional Experience
My professional experience spans roles where I was trusted to analyze complex operations, work across cross-functional teams, and deliver improvements that directly impacted business performance. At Tata Consultancy Services, I supported Stockland, one of Australia’s largest property and retail groups, where I acted as the analytical link between process owners and system workflows. I worked on O2C and P2P operations, identifying inefficiencies that slowed down procurement cycles, vendor payments, and reporting accuracy. My approach was rooted in consulting basics—break the problem down, analyze what drives the issues, and design a solution that is simple, scalable, and measurable. This allowed me to reduce manual effort by 15%, enhance reporting clarity through structured dashboards, and earn multiple performance awards for delivering improvements that mattered to client teams.
My internship at 9and9 Digisoft Insights added a contrasting but equally powerful layer to my experience. Unlike the structured enterprise environment, this role placed me in a space where nothing was predefined—data was unorganized, processes were fluid, and decisions needed speed, not perfection. I led analysis on logistics and vendor operations using SWOT, GAP, descriptive-diagnostic-predictive analysis, and created frameworks that improved turnaround efficiency by 12%. This wasn’t just about crunching numbers; it required understanding the operational reality, asking the right questions, communicating insights clearly, and translating analytics into actionable recommendations the business could apply immediately.
Across both environments—structured enterprise systems and fast-paced operational settings—I consistently demonstrated the ability to structure ambiguity, analyze systems end-to-end, and deliver solutions with measurable impact. What defines my experience is not just the tools I used, but the mindset I developed:
think like a consultant, solve like an analyst, and execute like someone who understands how business actually works.
Skills
I turn data into clarity.
Advanced Excel, Power Query, VBA automation, Power BI, SQL.
I understand how operations actually run.
SAP S/4HANA (MM, SD), SAP Ariba, P2P & O2C workflows, procurement analytics.
I bring structure to unstructured problems.
Root-cause analysis, GAP analysis, process decomposition, and problem-solving frameworks.
I convert insights into business decisions.
KPI design, performance modeling, dashboard storytelling, actionable recommendations.
I work comfortably with real-world, imperfect data.
Cleaning, modeling, classification techniques (SVM, Naïve Bayes), operational datasets.
I think like a consultant, execute like an analyst.
Clear communication, stakeholder alignment, solution-oriented mindset, and rapid learning.
ANALYTICAL CASE STUDIES & RESEARCH WORK
My analytical work combines research, industry observation, and data modeling to understand how businesses operate and where value can be unlocked. I utilize structured frameworks, quantitative methods, and real-world problem statements to design models that reveal inefficiencies, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
🔹 Research Publication – Predictive Consumer Behavior Modeling
I published a research paper applying SVM and Naïve Bayes algorithms to classify e-commerce buying patterns. This experience strengthened my ability to work with raw datasets, design predictive models, validate outcomes, and present insights with statistical clarity.

🔹 Independent Industry Case Studies
Beyond formal roles, I regularly study operational and supply chain challenges across industries—examining procurement gaps, workflow inefficiencies, digitization barriers, and performance drivers. These case studies help me practice framework-based thinking, apply analytics to real scenarios, and convert observations into structured recommendations.
🔹 Framework Development & Problem Structuring
I build analytical frameworks that simplify complex operations into measurable components—whether evaluating process maturity, analyzing bottlenecks, or identifying root causes. These exercises reflect how I approach business problems: breaking them down, analyzing drivers, and deriving insights that support better decision-making.
